1. Parties
These terms govern the contract between Malpensa Airport Parking S.r.l. ("Malpensa Airport Parking", "we") and the customer ("you") for the provision of car parking services at our Malpensa facilities.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email with QR code is sent. Prices shown include 22.00% Italian VAT.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival incur a 10.00% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Modifications
Bookings may be modified online up to the scheduled arrival time, subject to availability and any price difference.
5. Liability
Malpensa Airport Parking provides covered, CCTV-monitored parking. We are not liable for theft, damage, or loss unless caused by gross negligence on our part. Optional protection packages are available at the time of booking.
6. Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must be legally roadworthy and insured. We reserve the right to refuse entry to vehicles that pose a safety risk.
7. Operating Hours
Both locations are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Busto Arsizio.
